Theme Installation

Via WordPress

  • Log in to the WordPress Administration Panels.
  • Go to > Appearance panel, then Themes.
  • Click Add New.
  • Upload the Zip file of the theme, az-multipurpose.zip
  • After installing the theme Click the Activate button.

Via FTP

  • Use your FTP software to browse to the wp-content/themes folder.
  • Extract az-multipurpose.zip and upload the folder.
  • Once it’s uploaded, go to your WordPress Admin, browse to Appearance > Themes.
  • Click the Activate link.

Adding Contents

Posts

To create a post on your site, it’s easy. Follow the below-listed methods.

  • Go to > Administration Panels
  • Go to > Posts and Click on Add New
  • Give the title of the post and add the content
  • Set the featured image for the post from the right corner.
  • Set that post on the Category.
  • Click on Publish Button.

Add more posts like the above methods.


Pages

To create a page on your site, it’s easy. Follow the below-listed methods.

  • Go to > Administration Panels
  • Go to Page and Click on Add New
  • Give the title of the page and add the content
  • Set the featured image for the post from the right corner.
  • Click on Publish Button.
  • Add more pages like the above methods.

Categories

To create categories, follow the below steps.

  • Go to > Administration Panels
  • Go to Posts > Categories
  • Give the title of the category
  • Click on Save
  • The added category will appear on the Add Post Page.

How to set up Homepage

To setup Homepage Settings

  • Go to > Homepage Settings and check a static page
  • Go to > Homepage choose home
  • Go to > Posts Page choose Blog

How to setup id section

  • Go to Homepage Widget Area and give the id of the section
  • Go to Menu> Custom Link>and write id with a # sign
  • Go to URL and write the name of the menu you want to appear
  • Finally, click Add to the Menu option and you are done

Theme Option


Front Page Options

  • Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Theme Option > Front Page Options
  • Check the “Hide Blog Posts or Static Page on Front Page” option if you want to hide blog posts otherwise let it remain unchecked.
  • Then publish.

Breadcrumb Options

  • Go to Appearance > Customize > Theme Option > Breadcrumb Options
  • You can choose to show or hide the breadcrumb on the homepage. Check the box to show, leave it unchecked otherwise.
  • You can either enable or disable it.

Color Reset Options

  • Go to Appearance > Customize > Theme Option > Color Reset Options
  • Select “Reset All” from the dropdown menu to reset theme settings according to the options provided. If you do not want to reset, select “Do Not Reset”.
  • Then publish.

Footer Option

  • Go to “Dashboard” > “Appearance” > “Customize” > Footer Option
  • Write Copyright text of your company.
  • Then publish.

Header Layout Option

  • Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Header Layout Option
  • You can choose your preferred layout for Top Header Info Section from the available alternatives.
  • You can also write a Welcome message at the Top Bar.

Top Header Info

  • Go to Dashboard > Appearance> Customize > Top Header Info
  • You can show or hide the Top Header Info Section.
  • You can add a welcome message that you want to display on the top.
  • Set location, phone number, and email address.
  • You can show or hide Social Menu on your Top Header Section.

Layout/Design Option

  • Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Layout/Design Option

Default Sidebar Layout Option

  • From the dropdown menu that consists of “Right Sidebar”, “Left Sidebar” and “No Sidebar”, select any one layout as your default sidebar.

Feature Image Option for Single Post/Page

  • You can show or hide feature image for single page/post.

Blog/Archive Layout Option

  • You can either show description from an excerpt or content.
  • You can set the Blog Page Title.
  • You can set the length of the description.

Social Sharing Option

  • Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Social Sharing Option
  • Add full URL links of different social networking sites and then publish.

Site Identity

  • Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Site Identity
  • Set a Logo for your site.
  • Give a Site Title and a Tagline.
  • Tick on Display Site Title and Tagline to show it on your page.
  • You can also add a Site Icon.

Colors

  • Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Colors
  • You can change “Header Text Color”, “Background Color”, “Primary Color”, “Top Header Background Color”, “Top Footer Background Color”, and “Bottom Footer Background Color” according to your preference.

Header Image

  • Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Header Image
  • You can hide or add a new image as your Header Image.

Background Image

  • Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Header Image
  • You can add an image as your Background Image.

Menus

  • Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Menus
  • You can create as many new menus as required.
  • You can also view the Menu Location.

Additional CSS

  • Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS
  • You can write your own CSS to make changes in styles.

Widgets

  • Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Widgets
  • You can drag and drop any widgets to set up the Footer area just like Footer1, Footer2, and Footer3.
